At Bristle+, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (for hygiene reasons) and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any wear and tear in the product disqualifies it from returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the exchange.
How to Start a Return
