Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items such as personal care products or customized goods may not be eligible for return for hygiene or special order reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the exchange.
